The delegation was accompanied by the Secretary General of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, the Director General of the Department of Livestock Development, the Director General of the Department of Royal Rainmaking and Agricultural Aviation, and the Director General of the Land Development Department and other senior professionals.

The delegation was briefed on New Zealand's economic and agriculture overview by New Zealand Ministers concerned and Forsyth Barr and made site visits to learn about technological innovations at New Image Group goat farm, Oakville dairy farm, NZAero, and Zealong Tea Estate. The delegation also met with senior officials of the Ministry of Primary Industries and visited Fieldays 2024 in Hamilton.
